On September 13, 2013, the Defendant was sentenced to one year of imprisonment for a violation of the Punishment of Violences, etc. Act (Habitual group, deadly weapon, etc.) at the Incheon District Court on September 13, 2013, and completed the execution of the sentence in the Gwangju Prison on July 2, 2014.

1. On April 12, 2015, the Defendant: (a) around 03:46 on April 12, 2015, the victim I (the age of 33) driven by J Pafaf, while driving his/her vehicle in Bupyeong-gu, Incheon, Bupyeong-gu, Incheon, and (b) the victim I (the age of 33) went to his/her own seat while driving his/her vehicle in the J Pafafafafa; and (c) the victim was faced with his/her face due to his/her head and continued to take the face of the victim two times as a drinking saw.

As a result, the defendant suffered from an internal diagnosis that requires approximately two weeks of treatment to the victim.
