Defendant

A (1) On July 23, 2013, the Defendant traded marijuana by delivering approximately KRW 400,00 to the black person whose name is not known in Yongsan-gu, Yongsan-gu, Seoul, and delivering approximately 10g of hemp.

B. At around 01:00 on the same day as the above (1) above, the Defendant Sheeted the tobacco in front of the Defendant’s house in C, and stored it in the hand saw size of the hemp purchased under the above (1), and smoked marijuana by attaching a fire to it.

On July 24, 2013, the Defendant smoked marijuana in the same manner as above at the same place as the Sheet written on July 24, 2013.

Around 07:00 on July 25, 2013, the Defendant smoked marijuana in the same manner as above, at the same place as the saw written.

(v) around 07:00 on July 28, 2013, the Defendant smoked marijuana in the same manner as above, at the same place as the saw written.
