A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than ten months.
Seized evidence referred to in subparagraphs 1, 2, and 5 shall be confiscated.

Punishment of the crime
Defendant is not a narcotics handler.
1. Purchasing merphographs (one philopon; hereinafter referred to as "philopon"), which are drugs of a psychotropic spirit;
A. On January 31, 2016, between around 08:00 to 09:00, the Defendant purchased approximately KRW 0.2g 20,000 of philopon from F within the vehicle under the name of the Defendant parked in the front path of the D Hospital located in Busan-gu Busan-gu, Busan-do.
B. On February 14, 2016, between around 04:00-05:00, the Defendant purchased approximately KRW 0.2g 20,000 of opon from F within the said A-W-W-W-W-W-W-W-W-W-W-W-W-W-W-W-W-W-W-W-W-W-W-W-W

On February 24, 2016, around 18:00, the Defendant purchased approximately KRW 0.2g 20,000,000 from F on a philopon, which was parked in front of Busan Jin-gu I, Busan.

On March 25, 2016, between around 17:30-18:00 and around 400,000, the Defendant purchased approximately KRW 0.5g of philopon from F in the above Aarbn vehicle parked in the vicinity of the Kimhae Fire Station in the GJ of Gyeongnam Kim-do.
E. On June 27, 2016, around 20:00, the Defendant purchased approximately KRW 0.2g of philopon from F in the front way of the D Hospital located in Busan-gu Busan-gu, and purchased approximately KRW 0.2g of 200,000 from F in the front way of the D Hospital located in Busan-gu.
2. Medication of phiphones.
A. On January 31, 2016, between around 08:00 to 09:00, the Defendant administered one-time medication by melting 0.05g of philopon into the blood banks in the front way of the D Hospital located in Busan-gu Busan-gu, by melting 0.05g of philopon into the upper part of the D Hospital.
B. On February 14, 2016, between around 04:00-05:00, the Defendant administered philopon one time by the aforementioned method within the vehicle of so-called hump, parked in the front of H located in Busan-gu G, Busan-gu.

On February 24, 2016, around 18:00, the Defendant administered philopon once in the foregoing Audured car parked in front of Busan Jin-gu I in Busan, Busan, in a manner as above.
(d)
On March 25, 2016, the Defendant: (a) was parked in the vicinity of the KJ located in the GJ in the Gyeongnam Kim Yong-do during the period of around 17:30-18:00 on March 25, 2016, and philopon is one time in the foregoing manner.
