A. On June 22, 2012, Nonparty D entered into a lease agreement with the Defendant on the part of the factory 179 square meters in the place indicated in paragraph (1) of the order (hereinafter “instant lease agreement”) with the Defendant, with the Defendant: (a) the lease deposit amount of KRW 15 million; (b) monthly rent of KRW 1.6 million; (c) from July 10, 2012 to July 9, 2014; and (d) monthly rent of KRW 1.5 million (hereinafter “instant lease agreement”); and (c) D transferred the instant leased object to the Defendant on July 10, 2012, and the Defendant occupies it up to the present date.

B. On February 28, 2013, the Plaintiffs purchased the buildings indicated in the separate sheet (hereinafter “instant sales contract”) containing the leased object from D, and completed the registration of ownership transfer as to the buildings listed in the separate sheet (i.e., 1/2 shares in the Plaintiffs’ future on May 30, 2013.

C. The Plaintiffs agreed to succeed to the status of a lessor of the instant lease at the time of the instant sales contract, and the Defendant consented thereto.

Since July 11, 2013, the defendant began to delay the rent and management expenses, and if the details, amount, due date, and the defendant's repayment date (transfer to the plaintiff B account) occurred after July 2013, the following table is as follows.
