A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.
However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.
Punishment of the crime
1. On August 22, 2014, at around 22:47, the Defendant: (a) the victim G, a slope affiliated with the Facstation at the Gangseo-gun D entertainment tavern, which was sent by the Defendant after receiving a report from C, did not pay the drinking value after drinking alcohol together with E, and did not pay the drinking value; and (b) the victim G, who was an assistant affiliated with the Facstation at the Gangseo-gun Police Station, sent to the Defendant, was drunk in the process of demanding a presentation of identification card in relation to the said report on a facul type, “h bitch fa, fac, bitch bitch fa, facch bitch bitch fa
From 23:03 to 00:34 on the same day, the Defendant took a bath for about 1 to 30 minutes, such as the Defendant’s sound, at the Fferer’s office located in Gangseo-gun H, for about a period of 1 to 30 minutes, the Defendant again took a bath to the Defendant, namely, “Yech franch, Chewing, and bitch bitch,” which is being investigated by C in relation to the said report.
Accordingly, the defendant openly insultingd the victim.
2. On August 22, 2014, around 23:00, the Defendant had not paid the drinking value as described in paragraph (1) at the above D entertainment tavern, and the Defendant was demanded from the slope G belonging to the Gangseo-gu Yongsan Police Station, which called the business owner upon receiving a report by C, to present an identification card concerning the above report. However, the Defendant was arrested as a flagrant offender by insulting G as a crime of fraud and insult, instead of disclosing personal information concerning the crime of fraud against the foregoing imprisonment by drinking alcohol, instead, by insulting G as described in paragraph (1).
At around 23:03 of the same day, the Defendant, along with G, arrived at the said F patrol box, but committed assault, such as: (a) the Defendant, following the patrol box, by sounding “I Y Y Y Y Y Y Y YY Y YY YY YY YY YY YY YY YY YY YY YY YY YY YY YY YY YY YY YY YY YYY YY YY YY Y
Accordingly, the defendant is justified in relation to the investigation of police officers' crimes.
