1. The defendant delivers the building indicated in the attached list to the plaintiff, and from August 5, 2014 to the completion date of delivery of the above building.

Reasons

1. On September 3, 2012, the Plaintiff leased the building indicated in the separate sheet to the Defendant from September 4, 2012 to September 4, 2014; the deposit amount of KRW 25,00,000; the rent of KRW 900,000; and the monthly payment of KRW 400; and the Defendant’s claim for return of unjust enrichment for the reason that the lease contract was terminated on the ground that the Defendant did not pay rent from August 5, 2014.
