On March 28, 2015, the Defendant confirmed the goods that he received at the above Defendant’s home and stored the above Handphone in the Defendant’s residence, knowing that it was a philophone, by inserting the Handphone in the Defendant’s handbag.

Accordingly, the Defendant possessed psychotropic drugs.

2.
