The Defendant, as the owner of Yangju-si, B, C, D, E, F, and G land, is operating a camping site with the trade name “H” in the above land, and no person shall construct a building and alter the use of a building, install a structure, change the form and quality of land, cut bamboo and trees, divide land, stockpile things, etc. in a development restriction zone without obtaining permission from the competent authority.
