However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

The defendant is a person who is engaged in the duty of driving B car car.

1. Around 00:10 on August 22, 2019, the Defendant driven the car under the influence of alcohol with a blood alcohol concentration of 0.114% at the section of about 5km in the direction of the 5km-si, Suwon-si, from the front of the C Apartment-gu, Suwon-si, to the front of the D-gu, Suwon-si, Suwon-si.
