1. Examining the reasoning of the judgment below as to Defendant B’s grounds of appeal in light of the evidence duly admitted by the court below, the court below was just in finding Defendant B guilty of violation of the Act on the Punishment of Violences, etc. due to the destruction of and damage to joint property among the facts charged in the instant case against Defendant B, and it did not err by exceeding the bounds of the principle of free evaluation of evidence against logical and empirical rules.

2. According to the records as to Defendant A, C, and D’s appeal, Defendant A, C, and D did not submit the grounds of appeal within the statutory period, and the said Defendants’ defense counsel did not state the grounds of appeal in the appellate brief.

3. Therefore, all appeals are dismissed. It is so decided as per Disposition by the assent of all participating Justices on the bench.
