1. On the basis of the original of the payment order with executory power of Seoul Western District Court 2013 tea 4788 against B, the Defendant made the original of the payment order with B on November 2014.

Reasons

1. The Defendant indicated the claim, based on the original copy of the payment order stated in Paragraph (1) of Article 208 of the Civil Procedure Act, enforced compulsory execution against each movable indicated in the separate sheet. However, each of the above movable is not owned by B but owned by the Plaintiff. Thus, the said movable is not subject to compulsory execution. 2. Article 208(3)1 of the Civil Procedure Act
