The prosecution of this case is dismissed.
1. On November 20, 2018, the Defendant: (a) requested the victim to have a conversation on the way that the Defendant returned to civil conciliation with the victim B (the age of 57, South) at the parking lot of the Jung-ro District District Court 23, Jinyang-ro 34, Jinyang-ro, Mayang-ro, 17:25 on November 20, 2018; (b) but did assault on the side gate of the victim who was seated on the vehicle due to a defect in disregarding and about to take aboard the vehicle.
2. Crimes of non-prosecution for judgment: Judgment dismissing a public prosecution that the victim does not want the punishment of the defendant after the prosecution of this case under Article 260(3) and (1) of the Criminal Act (the written agreement submitted on May 23, 2019) is dismissed: Article 327 subparag. 6 of the Criminal Procedure Act;
