A. The Plaintiff leased money several occasions to the Defendant’s mother C, and agreed to receive KRW 200 million as repayment between C and the Defendant on December 13, 2013. Around December 13, 2013, the Plaintiff and the Defendant entered into an agreement with the Defendant on the same loan certificate as C and the Defendant, and the following two (2) and (4) loan repayment.

1) The loan certificate as to KRW 120,000,000 is confirmed to have been borrowed six times from June 30, 2012 to September 30, 2013. The interest rate shall be 11% per annum and shall be paid at the creditor’s domicile on the 30th day of each month. If C fails to pay within the due date, the Defendant shall reimburse. The creditor column of the loan certificate shall be written by the Plaintiff, the debtor column, and C, and the guarantor column shall be written by the Defendant, and the Defendant shall be written by the guarantor column, and the resident registration number, address, and telephone number shall be written (However, the Defendant shall be written falsely, and the address and telephone number shall be written as C.

(2) 2) On December 16, 2013, the agreement on the repayment of the above loan amount of KRW 120 million, and KRW 15 million on December 19, 2013, and KRW 15 million on December 19, 2013, and there is no objection even upon the Plaintiff’s request for the remainder of the principal and interest at the time of default. The Defendant’s name and seal on the loan amount of KRW 80,000,000 from January 30, 2013 to November 30, 2013, the loan amount of KRW 80,000,000 on the loan amount of KRW 120,000 is confirmed. The interest rate is determined annually as KRW 11,00,000 on the loan amount, and the Defendant’s name and telephone number is indicated in C’s name and telephone number column, and the Defendant’s name and telephone number in C’s name and telephone number column is indicated in C’s name and column.
