Defendant shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor for six months and by a fine of three hundred thousand won.
When the defendant does not pay the above fine.
Punishment of the crime
1. On March 15, 2013, the Defendant and B shared with the Defendant and B, at the 1st century parking lot located in Ulsan-dong, Ulsan-gu, U.S., Ulsan-gu, the number plate owned by the victim E was stolen by means of reporting the network by the Defendant, and the B returned the monst to the monstner prepared in advance.
2. The defendant's sole criminal conduct;
A. At around 11:00 on March 14, 2013, the Defendant: (a) made a false statement to the Ulsan-dong G, Ulsan-gu, that the market price at which the number plate was stolen, such as paragraph 1-b, the victim H, who was parked therein, was KRW 2,500,000,000, called “I would like to be able to see by lost Oral Baki; and (b) made an employee under the name of the said center to take the above Oral Ba.”
B. At around 06:50 on March 18, 2013, the Defendant: (a) at the K Building parking lot for the Defendant’s residence located in the Dong-gu, Ulsan-si; (b) as set forth in paragraph (3) of this Article, the Defendant unlawfully used the radioactive number plate, air defense, by attaching the FOE number plate that was stolen, as set forth in paragraph (2), to hand, as set forth in paragraph (2) of this Article.
C. On March 18, 2013, the Defendant, from around 06:50 on March 18, 2013 to around 17:10 on May 11, 2013, operated Obababa, which unlawfully used Obaba number plates, such as paragraph 3(b), at the Dongdong-gu, Ulsan-gu.
The Defendant, without a motorcycle driver’s license, driven the automobile-to-land under paragraph 3(b) from around 12:00 on March 14, 2013 to around 1:00 on May 10, 2013.
