The judgment below

Upon examining the reasoning of the record, the court below is just in maintaining the judgment of the court of first instance which acquitted the charged facts of this case on the ground that there is no proof of such criminal facts, and contrary to the allegations in the grounds of appeal, there is no error of exceeding the bounds of the principle of free evaluation of evidence and exceeding the bounds of the principle of logic and experience

Therefore, the appeal is dismissed. It is so decided as per Disposition by the assent of all participating Justices on the bench.
