1. The defendant A shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor for ten months and by imprisonment with prison labor for six months;
(2) the date of this judgment.
Punishment of the crime
Defendant A, on January 11, 2013, reported to the Gunsan City Mayor on the recycling of livestock excreta, and is engaged in the business of collecting, transporting livestock and recycling livestock excreta in the name of “G” in the name of “G” in the Gunsan-si, Do. Defendant B is an employee of the said “G”; Defendant C filed a report on the recycling of livestock excreta with the Gunsan City Mayor on August 29, 2013, and Defendant C filed a report on the recycling of livestock excreta with the name of “I” in the Gunsan-do, Gunsan-si, Do.

Nevertheless, in order to reduce the costs of treating livestock excreta, Defendant A was in charge of business and financial management, such as securing livestock farmers and spawn and receiving the proceeds of treating livestock excreta, and Defendant B was aware of the transported livestock excreta in the spraying area as a blackter.
Accordingly, around February 17, 2015, the Defendants spread approximately 40 tons of livestock excreta generated from K farm located in the Republic of Korea, Yan-gun, Chungcheongnam-do, Chungcheongnam-do, as it is in dry field, such as the west and west water, from that time until October 20 of the same year, 22,860 tons of livestock excreta totaling 42,860 tons, from that time, until October 20 of the same year.
Accordingly, the Defendants conspired to discharge livestock excreta flowing into a disposal facility without converting it into resources.
2. A person who is a reporter for joint crimes committed by Defendants A, C, and B, and who does not convert livestock excreta flowing into a treatment facility into resources or discharges livestock excreta without going through the final discharge outlet;
Nevertheless, in order to reduce the cost of excreta disposal, the Defendants provided Defendant C with a homicide, and Defendant C.
