1. Each real estate entered in the list shall be subject to the return of legal reserve of inheritance;

A. C had eight children, including D, E, B (Defendant), F, G, A (Plaintiff), H, and I.

2. As to each of the real estate listed in the list (hereinafter “instant real estate”), the registration for transfer of ownership is completed on May 29, 2007 as the receipt No. 23296, respectively.

C. Defendant, F, G, Plaintiff, and H completed each registration of ownership transfer on March 10, 2009, No. 10807, which was received on March 10, 2009, with respect to one-fifth share of each of the instant real estate, based on donation on March 6, 2009.

[However, the above registration of transfer of ownership was changed to be transferred to the defendant, G, and H only one-five shares for the reasons of the ruling of recommending reconciliation as of September 19, 2014 by the macro-registration office as of September 19, 2014, as of September 10, 2014. As a result, the shares of co-owners of the instant real estate became one-fifth of each of the 1/5 shares in the name of the plaintiff and F (the registration of transfer of ownership of each of the 1/5 shares in the name of the plaintiff and F) and returned to C, and each of the above 1/5 shares (total 2/5 shares) were returned to C.

C With respect to each of the shares of the Defendant, G, and H (total 3/5 shares) in the instant real estate, the registration office for the transfer of all shares (total 3/5 shares) was completed on July 24, 2013 as of July 24, 2013, the receipt of which was 39300, July 16, 2013.

E. The Defendant completed the registration of the entire share transfer on August 30, 2013, which was received on August 30, 2013, as follows: (a) No. 47273, which was received on August 30, 2013; and (b) August 23, 2013.

F. On September 19, 2014, the Defendant completed the registration of the entire share transfer based on donation on September 17, 2014, from heading registry office No. 53031 on September 19, 2014, as to 2/5 shares (the sum of shares returned to C by a settlement recommendation as described in the above paragraph (c)) in the above title C among the instant real estate, and thereby became the sole owner of the instant real estate.

G. C died on May 6, 2015, and as inheritor D, E.
