1. Basic facts
A. On April 30, 2009, the Plaintiff and Defendant B concluded an insurance contract indicated in attached Form 2 with Defendant A as the insured (hereinafter “instant insurance contract”).
B. On October 11, 2009, Defendant A received hospital treatment for 375 days from October 11, 2009 to September 11, 2014, as indicated in Table 1, as indicated in Table 1, as well as hospital treatment for 18 days from an island. The Plaintiff paid KRW 8,240,000 of the insurance proceeds to Defendant A according to the instant insurance contract.
