1. The defendant shall pay to the plaintiff KRW 70,000,000 as well as 19% per annum from September 29, 200 to October 15, 2008.
Reasons
1. The description of the grounds for the claim shall be as specified in the attached Form;
2. Judgment by public notice (Article 208 (3) 3 of the Civil Procedure Act).
3. Pursuant to the main sentence of Article 3(1) of the Act on Special Cases Concerning Expedition, etc. of Legal Proceedings, and Article 2(2) of the Addenda to the same Act, the part seeking payment of damages for delay exceeding 15% per annum after October 1, 2015 among the Plaintiff’s claims is dismissed.
