The prosecution of this case is dismissed.
1. On April 21, 2019, the Defendant, at around 15:30 on the charge, committed an act, such as calling that he does not give any other reflector in the 'C’ restaurant located in Sungnam-si, Sungnam-si, and setting up a misunderstanding on the table.
During that process, the Defendant took one-time face of the victim D at his head and assaults the victim.
2. Determination
(a) Applicable provisions of Acts: Article 260 (1) of the Criminal Act;
(b) Crimes of non-compliance with will: Article 260 (3) of the Criminal Act.
C. After the prosecution of this case, the victim expressed his intention not to have the defendant punished.
