However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

1. Violation of the Act on Special Cases Concerning the Punishment, etc. of Sexual Crimes (hereinafter “Act on Special Cases Concerning the Punishment, etc. of Sexual Crimes”), on February 5 to 2016, the Defendant took pictures against his/her will of another person, who might cause sexual humiliation or sense of shame by setting up a dynamic image equipment on the head of the equipment in the body of his/her mother, and by photographing the image of the victim’s sexual act with his/her known body.

2. No person who violates the Act on the Punishment of Arrangement, etc. of Commercial Sex Acts shall engage in sexual intercourse in return for receiving or promising the other party to receive money, valuables and other property benefits from such acts;

Nevertheless, the Defendant, at around 14:00 on February 2016, moved from G on the street located in Suwon-si F, Suwon-si, Suwon-si, to the neighboring mother, paid KRW 10-130,000 in cash, and exchanged with E by paying KRW 10-130,00 in cash, after G located in Suwon-si F on May 5, 2016, who was located in Suwon-si, Suwon-si, Suwon-si, Suwon-si, and paid KRW 10-130,00 in cash from the French-si, Suwon-si, Suwon-si on May 14, 2016, and paid KRW 10-130,000 in cash from the French-si, Suwon-si, Suwon-si, Suwon-si, and exchanged with E and sexual intercourse.

Accordingly, the defendant committed sexual traffic more than three times in total.
