When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

1. No person who fails to make a registration of a driving school violating the Road Traffic Act, shall conduct the driving education of an automobile outside of the driving school in return for a payment;

The Defendant did not register a driving school with C and D, and the Defendant received 220,000 won as a driving fee from C on January 4, 2014, and received 220,000 won as a driving fee, and completed road training with a Fspphering car, and the “91 person” listed in the sum of the attached List of Crimes (2) of the annexed List of Crimes (2) appears to be a clerical error of “90 persons.”

As described in the above, from August 7, 2013 to January 7, 2014, the tuition fees were collected from the teaching students on a total of 90 occasions, and the driving education was provided to them.

Accordingly, the defendant, in collusion with C and D, conducted driving education outside of a driving school without registering a driving school.

2. Where the owner of a motor vehicle intends to change any structure of a motor vehicle in violation of the Motor Vehicle Management Act, which is determined by Ordinance of the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure and Transport, shall obtain approval from the head of a Si/Gun/Gu, and

The Defendant, despite being aware of the fact that the chief auxiliary equipment of FPP wing car was installed without obtaining approval from the competent authority, and the structural equipment was changed, operated the FP wing car from August 7, 2013 to January 7, 2014.
