1. The Defendants are jointly and severally and severally liable to the Plaintiff for KRW 77,473,093 and KRW 77,472,765 from March 4, 2019 to July 13, 2019.

(2) However, the Plaintiff’s claim for damages for delay among the claims was partially reduced as indicated in the Disposition, pursuant to Article 3(1) main sentence of Article 3(1) of the Act on Special Cases Concerning the Promotion, etc. of Legal Proceedings (amended at the date of the first pleading).
