Examining the records in light of the relevant legal principles, we affirm the lower court’s conclusion that the instant facts charged are all recognized, and that the lower court reversed the judgment of innocence of the first instance court and found the Defendant guilty.

As alleged in the grounds of appeal, the lower court did not err by misapprehending the legal doctrine on the crime of false accusation by failing to exhaust all necessary deliberations, or by misapprehending the rules of logic and experience.

Therefore, the appeal is dismissed. It is so decided as per Disposition by the assent of all participating Justices on the bench.
