1. The reasoning of this court’s judgment citing the judgment of the court of first instance is identical to the ground of the judgment of the court of first instance, and thus, citing it as it is pursuant to the main sentence
(The grounds for appeal by the plaintiff are not significantly different from the allegations in the first instance court, and in full view of the evidence duly adopted and examined by the first instance court, the fact-finding and judgment in the first instance court is justifiable, and there is no error as alleged in the grounds for appeal by the plaintiff). 2.
