Basic Facts
The Plaintiff supplied a kind of Arabic language that the company imported from a foreign country from DK EX Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “Defendant”) (hereinafter referred to as “Defendant”) and intended to sell from “B” operated by the Plaintiff at official cities.
Accordingly, on December 3, 2013, the Plaintiff entered into a sales contract with the Defendant (hereinafter “instant contract”).
Article 2 (Goods Subject to Transaction) The goods for sale under this Agreement shall be specified as the defendant's goods.
Article 3 (Method of Selection of Goods and Admission Price)
