1. The Defendant’s KRW 92,457,496 and KRW 36,706,523 among the Plaintiff’s KRW 27.5% per annum from January 25, 2017 to the date of full payment.
Reasons
1. Indication of claims: It shall be as shown in attached Form; and
(However, the creditor shall be deemed the plaintiff and the debtor.
2. Judgment by public notice: Article 208 (3) 3 of the Civil Procedure Act.
3. If so, the Defendant is obligated to pay to the Plaintiff the amount calculated at the rate of 27.9% per annum from January 25, 2017 to the date of full payment, and thus, the Defendant is obliged to pay the Plaintiff the amount of KRW 92,457,496 and KRW 36,706,523.
