A. The Plaintiff filed an application with the Gwangju District Court for a payment order seeking reimbursement against B (2015 tea 1923), and the said payment order was finalized.

B. On June 15, 1995, B completed the registration of the establishment of the right to collateral security (hereinafter “instant right to collateral security”) as to each real estate listed in the separate list owned by the Defendant as stated in the Disposition No. 1 of this case.

C. The secured claim of the instant right to collateral security expired ten years after the completion of the establishment registration of the instant right to collateral security. D.

The plaintiff seeks a procedure for the cancellation registration of the registration of the establishment of the creation of the neighboring mortgage of this case against the defendant on behalf of insolvent B.
