A. In order to promote a housing reconstruction improvement project (hereinafter “instant reconstruction project”) of the housing reconstruction improvement zone (hereinafter “instant rearrangement zone”) within the area of 45,839 square meters in Daegu-gu Seoul-gu Seoul-gu Seoul-gu Seoul-gu Seoul-gu Seoul Special Metropolitan City Seoul Special Metropolitan City, the relevant Plaintiff completed the establishment registration on June 20, 2014 after obtaining authorization for the establishment of a housing reconstruction and improvement project association on July 3, 2014 under the Act on the Maintenance and Improvement of Urban Areas and Dwelling Conditions for Residents (hereinafter “Urban Improvement Act”).

The Defendants are the owners of each relevant share stated in the “land” column in the attached list 1 sale and purchase contract statement in the Plaintiff’s project implementation district (hereinafter “land” in this case and according to each sequence) and the “unauthorized building” column located on each relevant land, respectively, (hereinafter “unauthorized building” in this case and No. 1 through No. 4 according to each sequence, and collectively “each of the relevant land and unauthorized buildings” in the same table among the relevant unauthorized building located on each of the relevant land.

B. In the case of the 3 real estate of this case, Defendant D owned 3/6 shares, net P, Defendant E, and F, each of 1/6 shares, but the deceased on October 5, 2015, which was after the instant lawsuit was filed by the network P, Defendant N solely succeeded to the above network P shares. 2) In the case of the 4 real estate of this case of the 4 real estate of this case, the deceased on January 9, 1997, which is the owner on the registry, before the instant lawsuit was filed.

As to the above real estate, Defendant G, M, K, and L, the inheritor of the net Q, each of 2/10 shares, and Defendant H and I, the inheritor of the company, each of which, as the above shares, completed the registration of ownership transfer in accordance with each of the above shares on January 7, 2015.

C. The Plaintiff filed the instant lawsuit on October 10, 2014, and the Defendants agreed to establish an association by serving a duplicate of the instant complaint.
