1. The Defendants are jointly and severally liable to the Plaintiff for 22,839,780 won and 20% per annum from March 18, 2015 to the date of full payment.

Reasons

1. Around May 2008, the Plaintiff entered into a contract for the sale of goods with the Defendant Ilhae Co., Ltd., and the Defendant A jointly and severally guaranteed this contract, and the Plaintiff claimed KRW 22,839,780 for the attempted amount.
