1. The defendant is paid KRW 105,537,00 from the plaintiff and at the same time he is given the plaintiff the real estate listed in the attached Table.
On November 5, 1997, the Seopopopo City was determined and publicly announced on November 5, 1997, on the basis of the former Urban Planning Act (amended by Act No. 6655 of Feb. 4, 2002), which newly establishes an amusement park with an area of 403,000 square meters in size as an urban planning facility of 403,00 square meters in Seopopo City. Jeju-do was amended by Act No. 62 of the former Special Act on Jeju Free International City (amended by Act No. 6852 of Dec. 30, 2002) on October 14, 2003.
2) On November 14, 2005, the Seopopopopo City was designated as the project implementer’s prospective project implementer (hereinafter “instant authorization disposition”) and announced the implementation plan for the said development project to the Seopopo City C in accordance with Articles 86 and 88 of the former National Land Planning and Utilization Act (amended by Act No. 7707, Dec. 7, 2005; hereinafter “National Land Planning Act”).
3) The Defendant shall provide each real estate listed in the separate sheet in the business area of the instant case (hereinafter “each of the instant real estate”).
(2) On December 7, 2006, the local Land Tribunal of Jeju Special Self-Governing Province filed an application for adjudication of expropriation with the local Land Tribunal of Jeju Special Self-Governing Province as the owner of the instant real estate requested consultation on the acquisition of the said real estate, but did not reach agreement, and on December 7, 2006, the local Land Tribunal of Jeju Special Self-Governing Province accepted the instant real estate for the instant project, but paid the Plaintiff KRW 105,760,00 for each of the instant real estate, and the date of commencement of expropriation was January 6, 200
4) Since then, the Defendant paid 105,760,000 won to the Plaintiff for compensation, and completed the registration of ownership transfer on January 24, 2007 with respect to each of the instant real property on the ground of expropriation on January 6, 2007.
