[Defendant A and C] Defendant A and Defendant C are punished by a fine of KRW 5 million.

1. At around 22:45 on May 16, 2013, Defendants A and B, together with C, drinked alcohol at the main point prior to the G One-way route in Nam-gu Incheon Metropolitan City, and metaf for the victim H (the 28 years old) to commit assault. Defendant B, while intending to get Defendant J and Defendant C to anchor to the taxi, was prevented from getting back to the house on the ground that the victim reported 112 while the victim demanded death, and the Defendant A was able to take the head and shoulder of the victim by hand, Defendant B was able to take the head and shoulder of the victim, and Defendant B was able to take the head and shoulder of the victim by hand, and Defendant B was able to take the head and shoulder of the victim.

The Defendants jointly assaulted the victim as above.

2. The Defendants’ co-offenderd with the following threats: (a) Defendant B, who attempted to arrest Defendant A as a flagrant offender of the assault: (b) Defendant B, who was called the K District of the Incheon Southern-dong Police Station, after receiving the above H’s report at the same time and place as that of paragraph (1) and tried to arrest Defendant A as a flagrant offender of the assault; and (c) Defendant B, who was defrised with L with a shoulder, continued to defrising L with a shoulder, and “I am fried. I am. I am h. h. h. h. h. h. h. h. h. h.. h. h. h.

Therefore, L was tightly pushed back once with the defect of notification that L was to arrest Defendant B as a flagrant offender, and L was swebling with the defect by taking the lock against Defendant B.

계속하여 L이 같이 출동한 위 지구대 소속 M 경사 등의 도움을 받아 피고인 B을 체포하려 하자 피고인 A이 달려와 발로 M의 다리부위를 1회 차고, 이에 위 지구대 소속 N 경사가 피고인 A을 체포하며 수갑을 채우려 하자 피고인 C가 발로 N의 얼굴을 1회 찼다.

As such, the Defendants conspired to commit violence and intimidation against the above police officers, thereby handling their 112 reports and arresting flagrant offenders.
