1. The Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff KRW 145,773,159 as well as KRW 53,00,000 among them, from July 16, 2014 to the day of full payment.
Reasons
1. Indication of claims: It shall be as shown in attached Form; and
2. Grounds: Judgment by public notice (Article 208 (3) 3 of the Civil Procedure Act);
3. Part of partial termination: The new card out of the takeover amount claim as stated in paragraph (3) and the claim acquired from Samsung Bio-resources are dismissed as there is no evidence to acknowledge the claim, and this part of the plaintiff's claim is dismissed.
