The judgment below

Examining the reasoning in light of the record, the lower court is justifiable to have rendered a not-guilty verdict on the facts charged of this case on its reasoning.

Contrary to the allegations in the grounds of appeal, there were no errors by violating the rules of evidence or by misapprehending the legal principles on deception in fraud.

Therefore, all appeals are dismissed. It is so decided as per Disposition by the assent of all participating Justices on the bench.
