On January 11, 2017, the Defendant was sentenced to imprisonment with prison labor for special larceny, etc. on a maximum of one year and six months from the date of imprisonment with prison labor for a short term of one year and one year from the date of imprisonment with prison labor on December 30, 2017, and completed the execution of the sentence.

1. The Defendant: (a) at around 00:0 on November 13, 2018, accessed the victim’s E-learning car owned by the victim D, which was parked at the front parking lot of the building C, Nam-gu, Incheon, Nam-gu; (b) opened a corrective door using the above and opened it; and (c) stolen the victim’s property at least eight times from that time until November 30, 2018, as indicated in the list of crimes in the attached Form, with three clothes, including 80,000 won at the market price owned by the victim and kept in the vehicle; and (d) attempted to steal the victims’ property at least five times by the same method.

2. On November 19, 2018, at night, around 23:08, the Defendant: (a) intruded the victim G’s G management route in Nam-gu Incheon Metropolitan City F with the said office’s parking lot for the purpose of theft of property; (b) colored the property to open and stolen an Imam, mar, which was parked in the parking lot for the purpose of theft of property; (c) the Defendant opened an office container without correction of office containers installed in the said parking lot; and (d) cut off and stolen the said office container with cash of KRW 180,00,000 owned by the victim’s J, an employee of the said industrial company.

On November 30, 2018, the Defendant, around 02:26, 2018, opened the door of Llearning Vehicle A, parked in the 1st floor parking lot of K Apartment-gu Incheon Metropolitan City, Nam-gu, Incheon, with a view to cutting off the door by 169,00 won at the market price of the victim M owned by the victim M located in the front Grobb Park, and cutting off the door by putting 169,000 won at the market price of the victim M owned by the victim.
