마약류관리에관한법률위반(향정)
A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than two years and six months.
However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for four years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.
Punishment of the crime
The defendant is not a person handling narcotics.
1. Import of Mepopopon (hereinafter referred to as "one-person philopon"; hereinafter referred to as "philopon");
A. On November 5, 2012, the Defendant asked “D” residing in the Philippines to send psychotropic drugs, and transferred KRW 500,000,000 to the Agricultural Cooperative account in the name of E, around November 7, 2012, and KRW 150,000,000,000 from the same month.
Accordingly, around November 7, 2012, the above "D" packed approximately 0.3 g of oponon as an international express shipment and sent the recipient by stating it as "F" and "Seoul Dongdaemun-gu Gtel 1025," and the above international express transport cargo, which was concealed by opon, arrived at the Incheon Central Port of Supply in the Jung-gu Incheon Metropolitan Government Port through the Plopon presses (FX) around that time.
Accordingly, the defendant imported approximately 0.3g of philophones in collusion with the above ‘D'.
B. On December 2, 2012, the Defendant asked the said “D” to send a penphone, and transferred KRW 651,000 on the same day to the City Bank account under H’s name.
Accordingly, around December 3, 2012, the above "D" packed approximately 0.3 g of oponon as an international express shipment, and sent the recipient by stating it as "F" and "Seoul Dongdaemun-gu Gtel 1025," and the above international express transport cargo, which was concealed by opon, arrived at the Incheon Central Port of Supply in the Jung-gu Incheon Metropolitan City through the Plopon presses (FX) around that time.
Accordingly, the defendant imported approximately 0.3g of philophones in collusion with the above ‘D'.
C. The Defendant was above B.
When a philophone was delivered with a philophone, but a philophone was delivered less than the amount remitted to a philophone purchase price, the above Dolophone sent the remaining philophone to the above Dolophone around December 10, 2012.
Accordingly, on December 12, 2012, the above "D" packages approximately 0.3g of oponon as international express cargo in the Philippines, and then packages the addressee "F" and the place of receipt "Seoul Dongdaemun-gu.
