Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 3,000,000.
If the defendant does not pay the above fine, the amount of KRW 100,000 shall be paid.

On November 9, 2014, at around 14:35, the Defendant driven a freight vehicle C without a driver’s license, from around 600 meters prior to the front road of 332-4, Macheon-si, Macheon-si, 490, Seocheon-si, Macheon-si, Macheon-si, Macheon-si, Macheon-gu, 332-4.
