1. The defendant shall pay to the plaintiff KRW 21,765,727 as well as KRW 4,220,00 among them, from September 4, 2016 to the date of full payment.
According to Gap evidence Nos. 1 and 3 evidence Nos. 3 through 6, the defendant was obligated to pay 21,765,727 won as of July 26, 2016 when he/she purchased a credit card as a member of the plaintiff's credit card and obtained a credit card and used it, and to pay 21,765,727 won as of September 3, 2016, and to pay 24.5% as to 4,220,000 won, and to pay 23.5% as of 17,092,50 won, 23.5% as to 21,765,727 won, and 4,220,000 won which were unpaid to the plaintiff. According to these facts, the defendant is obligated to pay damages for delay calculated from September 4, 2016 to the date of full payment to the date of full payment.
The defendant asserts that he has discharged the amount additionally to the plaintiff, but there is no evidence to recognize this.
Therefore, the plaintiff's claim shall be accepted on the grounds of its reasoning, and it is so decided as per Disposition.
