Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 5,000,000.
If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 50,000 won.
Punishment of the crime
1. On September 19, 2013, the Defendant violated the Road Traffic Act (driving) around 13:25, while under the influence of alcohol at a level of 0.180% of blood alcohol concentration, the Defendant driven a B car in the section of about 1km from the roads near the Yaun apartment located in the Nam-gu Seoul Southern-gu Yaju to the road.
2. The Defendant in violation of the Act on Special Cases concerning the Settlement of Traffic Accidents is a person who is engaged in driving a passenger car by obtaining a franchise.
On September 19, 2013, the Defendant driven the above vehicle while under the influence of alcohol 0.180% of alcohol level on September 13:25, 2013, and led to two-lanes along the south-gu white movement along the two-lane road from the south-gu Seoul metropolitan market.
In this case, the defendant engaged in driving service has a duty of care to prevent accidents by accurately operating the steering direction and brake system, and by safely operating it.

Ultimately, the Defendant’s negligence in performing the above duties, thereby causing injury to the victim C, such as salt, tensions, etc. to the victim E, resulting in an injury to the victim E, such as an injection base in need of approximately two weeks of treatment, and an injury to the victim G (the age of 28) who is a passenger of the said rocketing car, requires approximately two weeks of treatment, and requires approximately two weeks of treatment to the victim H (the age of 78) who is the same passenger on the same vehicle.
