1. The defendant (Counterclaim plaintiff) shall have jurisdiction over the real estate stated in the separate sheet by the plaintiff (Counterclaim defendant). < Amended by Presidential Decree No. 13574, Sep. 9, 1992>
A principal lawsuit and a counterclaim shall be deemed simultaneously.
1. The details of the real estate sales contract;
