1. The defendant South Korea-Japan Co., Ltd. is the area of Hannam-do first issued after the judgment of this case became final and conclusive.
1. Basic facts
A. From August 1, 2010 to Q Welfare Center (hereinafter “ Q Welfare Center”), the Plaintiff has served as the Secretary General, etc.
Defendant Hannam-do Co., Ltd. (hereinafter “Defendant Hannam-do”) is a local newspaper company that publishes daily newspapers and online newspapers centering on all regions in Gyeongnam-do, and Defendant B is a reporter who belongs to Defendant Hannam-do.
Defendant C is an online newspaper operator who publishes online newspapers under the trade name of P (hereinafter referred to as “P”).
Defendant D, E, F, G, H, I, J, K, L, M, and N are employees of Q Welfare Center, and DefendantO is a macro-resident.
B. Change of the operational entity of Q Welfare Center and implementation of a specific audit 1) The R Welfare Foundation (hereinafter “R Welfare Foundation”).
A) On the consignment of a show city, Q Welfare Center was operated from March 2010. On October 27, 2014, a show city newly recruited a person entrusted with the operation of Q Welfare Center to operate the Q Welfare Center, and on November 25, 2014, a foundation is the S Welfare Foundation (hereinafter “S Welfare Foundation”).
(2) From January 1, 2015, the S Welfare Foundation began to operate Q Welfare Center and succeeded to the employment of the plaintiff. 2) On June 15, 2015 to June 24, 2015, the Plaintiff and Q Welfare Center’s operation support division were to conduct a specific audit of Q Welfare Center, and the Plaintiff and Q Welfare Center’s operation support division pointed out ① improper recruitment of employees, ② improper operation of personnel committee, ③ improper contracts of meal service companies, ③ improper contracts of meal service companies, etc., and on October 23, 2015, requested the S Welfare Foundation to take a heavy disciplinary action against the plaintiff and submit the result of disciplinary action.
C. 1) On February 4, 2016, the S Welfare Foundation: (a) held a personnel committee for the Plaintiff who worked as the secretary general of Q Welfare Foundation at Q Welfare Foundation as of February 4, 2016 and decided to dismiss the Plaintiff; and (b) notified the Plaintiff of dismissal on the 11st day of the same month (hereinafter “the first dismissal”).
2) On March 21, 2016, the S Welfare Foundation (hereinafter “S Welfare Foundation”) is the Plaintiff, T, and C.
