A. 1) From around 892 to around 1260, 1260, E Co., Ltd. entrusted the right of exhibition within the Republic of Korea of Dam Dam Dam Dam Dom Dom Dom Dom Dom Dom Dom Dom Dom Dom Dom Dom Dom Dom chi Dom Dom Dom Dom Dom Dom Dom Dom Dom Dom Dom, and entrusted the right of exhibition within the Republic of Korea of Dom Dom Dom Dom Dom Dom Dom Dom Dom Dom Dom Dom 2 to display them on the Falm Dom Do's Dom Dom 2016 Dom Dom Dom Dom 3, Dom Dom Dom Dom Dom Dom Do, and the Plaintiff’s Dom Dom 26.

B. The Plaintiff and Defendant B’s consultation on the participation in the G Festivals on February 2019 agreed on the method of displaying the Plaintiff’s works and distributing the profits therefrom in G Festivals, which were planned to be held between Defendant B Co., Ltd. (hereinafter “Defendant B”) and Defendant C Co., Ltd. (hereinafter “Defendant C”) on April 1, 2019 to September 30, 2019, but did not reach the conclusion of the contract due to the lack of payment terms, etc.

C. The Defendants, in the production and exhibition of works of the Defendants, were in charge of H festivals held from May 25, 2019 to October 31, 2019 (hereinafter “instant event”). Each of the works listed in the list of the instant events (attached Form 1) was exhibited.
