1. The defendant shall be jointly and severally with C to KRW 146,466,705 and the interest rate of KRW 15% per annum from December 15, 2018 to the date of full payment.
1. Indication of claim;
A. On July 9, 2008, the Plaintiff filed a lawsuit claiming the amount of the Promissory Notes No. 2008da5515 against the Defendant and C, Seoul Southern District Court (Seoul Southern District Court 2008Gadan515), and rendered a favorable judgment. The said judgment became final and conclusive on August 5, 2008.
B. Until now, Defendant and C paid KRW 196,535,495 to the Plaintiff, but did not pay the remainder of KRW 146,466,705. Thus, Defendant and C filed the instant lawsuit for the purpose of extending the prescription period of the said judgment.
2. Judgment by public notice: Article 208 (3) 3 of the Civil Procedure Act.
