1. The defendant shall pay 515,350,000 won to the plaintiff and 15% per annum from February 8, 2017 to the day of complete payment.
Reasons
1. Around February 11, 2009; June 15, 2009; September 1, 2009; around September 2009; and damages for delay at the rate of 15% per annum as prescribed by the Act on Special Cases concerning the Promotion, etc. of Legal Proceedings from February 8, 2017 to the date of delivery of a copy of the complaint of this case; and
2. Judgment without any ground (Article 208 (3) 1 and the main sentence of Article 257 (1) of the Civil Procedure Act);
