1. The amount remaining after deducting the auction expenses from the proceeds of the sale by selling each real estate listed in the annexed Form 1 at an auction shall be attached Form 2.
Reasons
1. The Plaintiff’s claim is jointly owned by the Defendants as well as each of the real estate listed in the separate sheet No. 1, and each of the above real estate is difficult to divide in kind. Therefore, the Plaintiff is seeking payment in installments.
2. Article 208 (3) 2, and Article 150 (3) and (1) of the Civil Procedure Act of the applicable provisions of Acts (a judgment on deemed as private capital);
