1. The defendant shall pay 39,00,000 won to the plaintiff and 20% per annum from April 15, 2015 to the day of complete payment.

Reasons

1. The Plaintiff, who indicated the claim, borrowed three times from October 12, 2013 to October 13, 2015, the payment period of KRW 39 million on three occasions to the Defendant as of November 14, 2013, and thus, sought payment of the said money and the damages for delay.
