1. The defendant shall pay to the plaintiff the amount of KRW 45,573,367 and KRW 26,309,714 from November 22, 2014 to the day of full payment.
Reasons
1. The description of the grounds for the claim shall be as specified in the attached Form;
(4) Article 208(3)1 and Article 257 of the Civil Procedure Act provides that “A creditor shall be deemed to be a “Plaintiff”, and “debtor” shall be deemed to be a “Defendant”, and the part on an obligor C&T corporation shall be excluded as the payment order was already finalized).
