On February 14, 2013, the Defendant was sentenced to imprisonment with prison labor for up to eight months at the District Court for embezzlement and has been sentenced to the same year.

1. Around October 25, 2011, the Defendant, who was operating a high water collection company called “E” in the Guri-si, Guri-si, sought pecuniary benefits by having the victim G, who is a female of F, with the pro-Japanese F, who had attempted to work in the above company, take a joint and several guarantee for the Defendant’s loan obligations.

Around October 25, 2011, the Defendant conspiredd with F and stated that, in fact, the Defendant’s personal debt amounted to KRW 1.5 billion, and the Defendant’s business was poor, and the victim did not have any intent or ability to repay the above loan debt within one month even if the Defendant’s joint and several surety for the Defendant’s original loan debt amounting to KRW 100,000,000, the Defendant introduced the victim from F to the victim, and then, the Defendant could receive the loan amounting to KRW 100,000,000,000,000,000,0000 won.”

피고인은 같은 날 이에 속은 피해자로 하여금 피고인의 ㈜샌브리지인베스트먼트 대출업체에 대한 1억 원의 대출채무에 대하여 연대보증을 서게 함으로써 동액 상당의 재산상 이익을 취득하였다.

On March 12, 2012, when the Defendant was unable to repay the loaned debt as described in paragraph (1) and was urged to repay the said debt by the victim, the Defendant made a false statement with F to the effect that, in collusion with F on March 12, 2012, the Defendant would make the victim “E” to “on the face of the State by receiving additional loans of KRW 100 million under his/her own name, he/she would first pay the front debt and have the Defendant repaid all the obligations within one year.”

However, as above, the Defendant’s personal debt amounting to 1.5 billion won and continued to engage in the business, and even if the victim borrowed additional KRW 100 million as above.
