【Criminal Force】 On October 8, 2014, the Defendant was sentenced to two years of suspension of the execution of imprisonment with prison labor for fraud, etc. at the Seoul Central District Court, which became final and conclusive on October 16, 2014, and is currently under the grace period.

【Criminal Facts】

1. On November 25, 2014, around 23:00 on November 25, 2014, the Defendant obstructed the victim C (53 years of age)’s business by having the taxi operated by the victim C in the vicinity of the Jeju-do Do Do Do Do Do Do Do Do Do Do Do Do Do Do Do Do Do Do Do Do dong Do Do Do Do Do dong Do Do Do Do Do Do Do dong Do Do Do Do dong Do Do Do Do Do dong Do Do Do Do,

2. Interference with business of victims D (54 years of age) and fraud;

A. On November 30, 2014, the Defendant: (a) had no intention or ability to pay the taxi fee; (b) had been engaged in as if he would pay the taxi fee in front of the cadastral construction work that is linked to Jeju city; and (c) had arrived before the passenger’s destination, the Defendant did not pay 12,840 won, even though he/she was on board a taxi operated by the victim D and arrived at the front of the passenger’s destination; and (d) had acquired property benefits equivalent to the said amount.

B. The Defendant interfered with business by force, such as: (a) the victim requesting the payment of taxi charges, arriving in front of the Jeju branch, the destination of the said temporary holiday; (b) the victim, “I do not have a taxi; (c) will pay a taxi fee to the police driver; and (d) he does not leave the taxi for about thirty (30) minutes; and (c) he interfered with the victim’s taxi business by force.

3. On February 23, 2015, the Defendant: (a) arrived at the front of the CU convenience point located in the SU convenience road of Jeju city, which is located in the SU convenience route, and was driven by the victim E (the age of 52) and received a demand for taxi charges from the victim, after arriving in the front of the “G” path located in the “G” path located in the Jeju city, the destination of which is at around 23:00 on the same day.

The defendant gets off from the taxi with the drinking of the victim.
