1. Fraud;

A. At around March 26, 2013, the Defendant, along with C, took the same attitude with C to pay the drinking value at the Fju point operated by the victim E in Yangsan-si.

However, there is no money that the defendant or C has even though he is provided with alcohol, salutism, etc., and there is no intention or ability to pay the drinking value because there is no particular property or income.

As such, the Defendant conspired with C to induce the victim, and received the victim from the victim an alcoholic beverage and an alcoholic beverage equivalent to KRW 380,000,000, total market value.

B. At around 05:00 on April 5, 2013, the Defendant, along with C, took the same attitude that the Defendant would pay the alcohol value despite the absence of the intent or ability to pay the alcohol value as above, and ordered the alcohol and alcohol.

The Defendant, in collusion with C, by deceiving the victim, received the victim’s 4.30,00 won in total from the victim’s market price.

C. At around 00:30 on April 9, 2013, the Defendant, along with C, took the same attitude with C to pay the alcohol value despite the absence of the intent or ability to pay the alcohol value as above, and ordered the alcohol and alcohol.

The Defendant, in collusion with C, by deceiving the victim, was provided with the victim with alcohol and alcohol equivalent to the total market value of 440,000 won.

2.
